Your Vision 2030 is an ambitious and transformative goal for Taiwan—a vision that seeks to establish a globally competitive, English-fluent Taiwan. However, the current educational methods and policies have failed to ignite the necessary momentum to achieve this target. Traditional ESL approaches, rooted in rote memorization, test-centric learning, and perfection-driven cultural norms, continue to stifle the very progress they aim to foster. Taiwan’s current ESL strategies have resulted in classrooms that fail to build confident English communicators who can thrive in real-world settings.

At Infinity Key, we believe that Taiwan has the potential to become a global leader in English fluency by adopting a game-based, experiential learning model that focuses on confidence-building, real-world application, and quantitative assessment of effort and engagement. 1-Year Plan: Building the Foundation

Objective: Train Taiwan’s English teachers in the Infinity Key methodology and begin the transformation from “Teachers” to “Coaches.”

Steps:

  1. National Training Program for English Teachers:

    • Conduct intensive Infinity Key workshops for all Taiwanese English teachers.

    • Each teacher will commit to a 6-month Game Plan that immerses them in Infinity Key’s experiential learning process, equipping them with the tools to coach students in confidence, communication, and creativity.

    • Teachers will master the six XPs (Brain Trainer, Ear Yoga, My Rehearsal Studio, Chats, Vocab Journaling, My Best Draft) and learn how to implement team-based and individual coaching strategies.

  2. Pilot Schools Program:

    • Select 100 pilot schools across Taiwan (50 junior high schools and 50 senior high schools) to launch Infinity Key Coaching Centers. These centers will integrate IK training into extracurricular programs, with a focus on MonoSlam competitions and team-based XP training.

  3. Confidence Metrics Introduction:

    • Deploy Infinity Key’s quantitative assessment system (XP Tracker) in pilot schools to measure student progress in hours of practice and real-world application rather than test results.

    • Gather data to showcase how daily XP practice leads to measurable improvements in listening, speaking, and overall confidence.

  4. Teacher Certification:

    • Certify 1,000 English teachers as Infinity Key Coaches, enabling them to lead MonoSlam events, team training sessions, and personalized XP tracking for their students.

3-Year Plan: Scaling Nationwide

Objective: Expand Infinity Key training to all schools, including junior high, senior high, vocational schools, and universities, while continuing to track progress toward Vision 2030 goals.

  1. Nationwide Integration:

    • Implement Infinity Key training as a required extracurricular program in every junior and senior high school in Taiwan.

    • Introduce team-based training leagues where schools compete in MonoSlams, SceneSlams, and interschool events, building national excitement around English proficiency.

  2. University Partnerships:

    • Partner with universities to offer teacher-to-coach training programs for aspiring English educators.

    • Develop Infinity Key electives for university students, focusing on presentation skills, creative writing, and job interview training to ensure career readiness.

  3. Corporate Training Integration:

    • Collaborate with Taiwan’s corporate sector to integrate Infinity Key into workplace English training programs, ensuring alignment between academic English fluency and professional communication needs.

  4. Quantitative Success Metrics:

    • Publish annual reports tracking hours of XP completed, number of teachers certified as Coaches, student participation rates, and English proficiency growth.

5-Year Plan: A Fully English-Fluent Taiwan

    • Transition Infinity Key from an extracurricular program to a core component of Taiwan’s English curriculum, ensuring every student has access to this transformative system.

    • Replace traditional grading systems with quantitative XP tracking, where effort and consistency are the primary metrics of success.

  2. International Recognition:

    • Showcase Taiwan as a global leader in English education by organizing international MonoSlam tournaments and STEAM-based English competitions, attracting global attention to the success of the Infinity Key model.

  3. Teacher Expansion:

    • Certify 10,000 Infinity Key Coaches nationwide, ensuring every school has at least one trained Coach to lead teams and provide personalized guidance.

  4. 100% Proficiency Guarantee:

    • Implement a national proficiency guarantee where any student completing the Infinity Key program achieves a TOEFL score of 100+ or an equivalent standard on other proficiency tests.
